AWL Wiffleball was founded in November of 2025 in Auburn, Ga. The league started playing games at The Auburn Ballpark on a teeball field. It features 3 teams, The Coastal Cavaliers, Hillside Hornets, and the Lakeview Lightning. It started as an 8 player league, with 2 on each team. It is now a 12 player league with teams of 3. It was founded by Hudson Saville, Baxter Higgins, and Thomas Franklin. Hudson Saville has tried to start wiffle ball leagues over the years, but over and over, he failed, with a league never getting passed 5 games. This one worked. With much inspiration from MLW, this league has been great and is continuing to grow.
